Saint Charles Volleyball
St. Charles Girls Volleyball is new for the 2024 school year. The focus of the program will be to teach the game, rules, and fundamentals with a mix of some games. Season will run from approx. September 9th - November 7th. This program is open to girls in 5th to 8th grades that attend St. Charles Borromeo school, St. Charles Borromeo Religious Education (CCD), or any other local Catholic school OR local Religious Ed. Required Medical Form for participation in any sports programs at St. Charles.
This physical form must be signed by a doctor and submitted to the St. Charles school office to be eligible to participate in any sports programs in the 2023-24 school year. One form per school year will cover participation in all sports. The form must be submitted prior to the start of the sport your child will be playing. Your child’s doctor will complete the form if they had their annual physical in the past year. Therefore, you should not need to make a separate appointment to get this form completed if your child has been seen in the past year for their annual physical.
