Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will be conducted online. Our registration portal will open on the evening of January 26th, 2024.
You will be required to pay the posted application fee through our online registration system.
All required documents (birth certificate copy, baptismal certificate, if applicable, and immunization records will be uploaded through the registration portal once your child is accepted and you are moved to the enrollment part of the process.

In order to complete registration, a non-refundable registration fee of $250.00 per family is due
at time of registration. This is a non-refundable fee. All students must be fully potty trained in order to attend our PreK program. To register for the 3-year-old program, your child must be 3 by October 1st. To register for the 4-year-old program, your child must be 4 by October 1st.
The 2024-2025 tuition assistance application window closes May 16.
Tuition can be reduced by participating in the St. Charles Gift Certificate Programs

Tuition Assistance is also available to students in grades K-8 through the Diocesan Tuition Assistance Plan.
